A Modern Residential Complex Designed for Quality Living

Odintsovskiy Park represents the development of a new residential district designed primarily for middle-income housing. Approximately 300,000 m2 is designated for modern residential apartments, while around 80,000 m2 is allocated for supporting infrastructure.

A key feature of this project is its innovative space ratio: for every 3 m2 of residential area, 1 m2 of public space is provided. Such a ratio had previously not been proposed even in luxury residential developments, demonstrating an advanced and forward-thinking urban planning approach.

Despite the global economic crisis at the time, PSP-Farman Holding successfully completed all preparatory phases and commenced construction of the first phase of the residential complex in 2010.
