PSP-Farman Holding initiated the implementation of major infrastructure projects with the construction of the Losinoostrovskaya Railway Station in Moscow. 1994.
PSP-Farman Holding constructed the Administrative Complex of the Bank of Russia in Moscow, establishing high standards of efficiency and quality through a project completed in less than 15 months.
1997.
A Bank of Russia branch was opened within the Gostiny Dvor building in Moscow. The project successfully integrated the restoration of a historic structure with contemporary construction solutions, preserving its unique historical character while delivering a functional and modern business environment.
1999.
PSP-Farman Holding constructed the “Vityaz” Sports Arena in Podolsk, one of the first internationally rated sports facilities in Russia. In the same year, the company completed a residential building in 1st Zachatyevsky Lane in Moscow, marking the beginning of its engagement in the luxury residential segment.
2000.
PSP-Farman Holding participated in the reconstruction of the Tretyakov Gallery in Moscow, which reopened to the public that year, enabling access to the extensive collections of one of Russia’s most significant cultural institutions. During the same period, the company became a strategic partner of McDonald’s, contributing to the construction of more than eighteen restaurants and a logistics center in Moscow and the surrounding region.

Projects completed during this phase include the Druzhba Hotel & Spa (for Gazprom), as well as multiple residential buildings and business centers — including developments on Novy Arbat, Gvozd 1, and Kamenniy Tsvetok — clearly demonstrating the company’s broad operational scope and strong investment capacity.
2002.
The Romanov Dvor business center was constructed in Moscow — a symbol of contemporary, high-quality office space and one of the most prestigious business addresses in the Russian capital.
2003.
PSP-Farman Holding successfully delivered projects such as the Vityaz Ice Arena in Chekhov, the Tretyakov Gallery Library, the Mokhovaya Business Center, and the Mytishchi Railway Station, reaffirming its commitment to the development of essential infrastructure and support for cultural institutions.
2004.
PSP-Farman Holding developed the DBC Business Center in Belgrade, successfully expanding its presence in the Serbian market. At the same time, the company completed the construction of a luxury residential building in Moscow, confirming its continued growth and development.
2005.
The company continued its expansion through significant developments, including Barvikha Luxury Village — a luxury destination featuring world-renowned brands; TSUM — the iconic department store and one of the most complex construction sites in Moscow; and Mirax office space within the renowned Federation Tower.
2006.
In Moscow, projects such as the Grand Hyatt Residences were delivered, along with the expansion of the Vityaz Sports Arena, further strengthening the portfolio of high-end developments. New ventures were also launched, including the InterContinental Hotel and the Radisson Blu Olympiysky complex, reinforcing the company’s position in the luxury construction segment.
2007.
The Barvikha Luxury Village Concert Hall was opened, renowned for its exceptional acoustics, sophisticated design, and multifunctionality — making it an ideal venue for cultural programs, exclusive events, and corporate gatherings.
2008.
Construction began on the West 65 complex in Belgrade — a modern, multifunctional development combining residential, commercial, and retail spaces. The project represents a significant milestone in Belgrade’s architectural evolution, aligned with contemporary living standards and high architectural quality.
2009.
The Moscow School of Management Skolkovo was opened — a prestigious business school bringing together leaders and innovators from around the world. The project underscores the company’s commitment to global education, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth.
2010.
The Odintsovskiy Park residential complex was completed — a modern urban community integrating comfortable housing, commercial facilities, and landscaped green areas. The project was designed to provide a high-quality living environment in close proximity to Moscow.
2011.
Major projects were completed, including the CSKA football stadium with a capacity of 30,000 seats, which has become a key sports hub and gathering place for fans, as well as the new headquarters and television complex of Russia Today (RT), a symbol of modern media and global influence.
2012.
PSP-Farman Holding delivered the prestigious Marriott Hotel project in central Belgrade — the first international hotel chain located in the very heart of the capital — further strengthening Serbia’s luxury hospitality offering.
2013.
PSP-Farman Holding expanded its operations into the United Kingdom market. The North Kensington Gate project in London — a residential development located in the Old Oak Common area — marked a significant milestone in the company’s global expansion and confirmed its presence in prestigious international markets.
2014.
The Match Point complex is one of PSP-Farman Holding’s largest projects in Moscow. It comprises two residential towers (13 and 28 floors), a two-story office building, and a 3,500-seat volleyball arena. The development also includes a parking garage with over 1,600 spaces, a fitness center, gym facilities, business and hospitality areas, as well as residential units of various sizes — from studios to large apartments.
2015–2019.
West 65 Tower is the tallest residential building within the West 65 business complex, one of the most recognizable landmarks in New Belgrade. With its outstanding architecture, 40 floors, and a height of 155 meters, it has become one of the symbols of the city.
2023.
The Belgrade Center Railway Station, known as Prokop, was officially opened as the central railway station of Belgrade. The building covers approximately 6,250 m² and includes over 100 parking spaces, 12 escalators, 10 elevators, and 13 commercial units, providing a modern and comfortable environment for passengers.
2025.
The Hyde Park City business complex is located near the main Belgrade Center Railway Station, which will be connected to the Belgrade metro system in the future. The development consists of 12 Class A office buildings situated on a raised plateau above street level, separated from the main station access. The total area of the complex amounts to 8,500 m².
