Courtyard by Marriott Hotel – In the Heart of Belgrade

This project involved the reconstruction and conversion of an existing office building into a 4-star business-class hotel within the Marriott brand. Its significance lies in the fact that it was the first hotel of this category in the very center of Belgrade, the capital of Serbia.

The hotel is located at the intersection of two key central streets, in immediate proximity to the National Theatre, as well as the main pedestrian zone—Knez Mihailova Street and Republic Square. Surrounded by major cultural institutions, historical landmarks, and city attractions, the location is ideal for both business travelers and tourists.

The hotel comprises eight above-ground floors, including a penthouse level, and two underground levels. It offers 114 rooms in the 4-star category, a spacious lobby with reception, and a business center designed for corporate guests.
