Hyde Park City – A Business Complex at the Heart of Belgrade’s Transport Network

Hyde Park City is part of the main railway station complex Belgrade Centre (Prokop), which will in the future become an integral part of the Belgrade metro network. This project represents a modern business zone strategically positioned within the city’s primary transport hub.

The business park consists of twelve Class A office buildings, interconnected and accessible via an elevated plaza above street level. The plaza is separated from the main railway station access, ensuring a calm and functional business environment, distinct from the intensity of traffic and passenger flow.
