Bank Branch (Gostiny Dvor Building)

PSP-Farman Holding completed the adaptation and reconstruction of the historic Gostiny Dvor building, transforming it into a modern and fully functional bank branch.

The project required careful preservation of the building’s architectural identity while integrating contemporary technical systems and operational standards required for modern banking facilities.

Throughout the works, particular emphasis was placed on balancing cultural heritage with current business requirements. The interior was designed to ensure high levels of comfort, security, and efficiency, while the exterior was restored in accordance with the building’s original architectural style.

This project stands as a successful example of how traditional architecture can be transformed into a contemporary, functional space without compromising its authentic character.
