The Skolkovo Business Center is designed to accommodate corporate offices, business meetings, conferences, and exhibitions. The building provides optimal conditions for both employees and visitors, ensuring a comfortable and highly functional environment.

At the core of the building is a distinctive “matryoshka”-shaped atrium. The ground level, balconies, and boxes are designed to be transformable, adapting to the specific needs of events and users.

Above the atrium, a spiral ramp serves as exhibition space for the Museum of Innovation. On the upper floors, offices of various configurations are arranged along the outer façade, complemented by a fitness center with a swimming pool and a restaurant — making the building fully aligned with the demands of contemporary business life.
